## Terms of Use ### 1. Service Publisher Labjoo is operated by WalleeGames. Contact: contact@labjoo.com. ### 2. Purpose These terms define the rules for using the Labjoo application and its community features. ### 3. User Account Account creation is optional. Some features require an account (cloud save, synced bookmarks, leaderboards, comments). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activities carried out through your account. ### 4. Rules of Use - Do not use the application for illegal or fraudulent purposes. - Do not post insulting, defamatory, hateful, or rights-infringing content. - Do not attempt to disrupt the technical operation of the service. ### 5. User Content Comments may be visible to other users together with your username. You remain responsible for what you publish. Labjoo may moderate or remove content that violates these terms. ### 6. Ads and In-App Purchases Labjoo may display ads provided by Google AdMob. In-app purchases are processed by Apple (StoreKit). Third-party terms and privacy policies also apply to these features. ### 7. Intellectual Property All application elements (code, graphics, logo, content) are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. ### 8. Limitation of Liability The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Labjoo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. ### 9. Account Deletion You can request deletion of your account and related data via contact@labjoo.com. ### 10. Changes We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email. --- ## Privacy Policy ### 1. Data Controller Labjoo is operated by WalleeGames. Contact: contact@labjoo.com. ### 2. Data We Collect - **Account:** email, user ID (UUID), username, hashed password. - **Gameplay:** scores, leaderboards, bookmarks, likes, comments, and reactions. - **Preferences:** public leaderboard choice, analytics consent, ads consent. - **Technical:** session/tokens (Keychain), local cache, and runtime data. Account creation is optional: without an account, you can still play but some features are not available. ### 3. App Permissions - **Microphone:** used only for the Blow It mini-game (no audio recording sent to our servers). - **Location:** used only for the Compass Rush mini-game. ### 4. Ads and In-App Purchases Ads are provided by Google AdMob. In-app purchases are processed by Apple (StoreKit). Payment data is handled by Apple, not Labjoo. ### 5. Analytics (Consent-Based) Usage metrics are collected only if you enable Analytics in settings. ### 6. Purposes and Legal Bases - Service performance: account, scores, leaderboards, comments, purchases. - Consent: analytics and ad preferences. - Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, and technical optimization. ### 7. Retention - Account and gameplay data: for as long as your account exists. - After account deletion: deletion/anonymization within 90 days (except temporary backups). - Analytics/observability: up to 24 months, or earlier depending on your choices. ### 8. Recipients Your data is hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL) and may be processed by our processors: Mailjet (emails), Google AdMob (ads), Apple (in-app purchases). ### 9. Your Rights You can exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) via contact@labjoo.com, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. ### 10. Security and Updates We apply appropriate security measures (HTTPS, access controls, monitoring). This policy may be updated; major changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
